Please find attached, an enrolement form for young people wishing to join the Award. Please send the form to your nearest Award unit along with a cheque made payable to Essex County Council for the cost of your Award book.
If you do not know which Award unit you wish to join, please send the form and cheque to your nearest Area Office.
